Terms of Service
The terms covering use of aquaguardmanagement.com and any communication you send through it. Effective April 27, 2026.
About these terms
These terms govern your use of aquaguardmanagement.com (the "Site"). They cover the marketing site, our quote and contact forms, our buyer guides, and our blog. They do not replace the separate written service agreements we sign with clients. Those agreements control the actual scope of any pool management, lifeguard staffing, training, or repair work we perform.
Who we are
Aqua-Guard Management, Inc. is an Illinois corporation operating since 1992, headquartered at 1034 Lunt Avenue, Schaumburg, IL 60193.
Use of the site
You may browse the site, read our buyer guides, request quotes, and apply for employment. You agree not to use the site to harvest contact information, scrape content for republication, submit fraudulent or malicious form submissions, or interfere with site operation.
Information you submit
By submitting a quote request, contact form, or job application, you confirm that the information you've provided is truthful and that you have authority to share it (for example, that you can speak for the HOA board or property you're asking about). We may follow up using the contact details you provide.
See our Privacy Policy for how submitted information is handled.
Quotes and proposals
Pricing examples, ranges, or rules of thumb published on the site are general educational guidance. They are not offers, contracts, or binding quotes. A real proposal from Aqua-Guard scopes the facility first and is delivered in writing on Aqua-Guard letterhead. Nothing on this site forms a contract until a written service agreement is signed by both parties.
Editorial accuracy
Our buyer guides reference Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) requirements, federal pool safety regulations (Virginia Graeme Baker Act), and industry standards as we understand them. We update content periodically, but regulations change. Always verify current requirements with IDPH or your local health department before relying on guidance for compliance decisions.
External links
We link to external sites (IDPH, CPSC, manufacturer documentation, industry associations) for reference. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.
Intellectual property
Site content (text, images, design, schemas, and code) is owned by Aqua-Guard Management, Inc. or its licensors. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link back. Wholesale republication, scraping for AI training data sets without consent, or commercial reuse requires written permission.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code. Information is provided for general guidance and does not replace professional advice from a licensed pool operator, attorney, accountant, or insurance broker for your specific situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aqua-Guard Management, its officers, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100. Liability for actual service work is governed by the written service agreement covering that work, not by these site terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from use of the site will be brought in state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
Changes
We may update these terms. Updates take effect when posted on this page. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the current version.
